Don't Lose Your Way
Ramblers have launched a new Don't Lose Your Way mapping platform (Don’t Lose Your Way mapping tool), to an amazing response. We've had excellent coverage in newspapers; radio; TV and Social Media and we've seen organisations from CPRE to the YHA getting behind the campaign.
Our paths are one of our most precious assets, hidden in plain sight, and often taken for granted. They allow everyone to enjoy the countryside, both on our doorstep and across Britain’s iconic landscapes.
An estimated 10,000 miles of paths across England and Wales are at risk of being lost forever, unless we come together to save them. The Don’t Lose Your Way mapping tool allows you to compare current and historic maps of England and Wales to uncover lost paths and hidden ways, building on the excellent work of Ramblers volunteers over the years.
We need thousands of people from across England and Wales to come together to uncover and save generations of lost paths and hidden ways before its too late. Watch our video showing you how to get involved, and join the search at www.ramblers.org.uk/dontloseyourway.
